 The sales manager(Africa) will assists the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in managing the distributors in African Market.

Responsibilities:

1. To expand assigned regional market to potential distributors.

2. To manage and support distributors of assigned region;

3. To explore new promising overseas market.

4. To present BAIGE MEDICAL products in medical fairs ,exhibitions and to medical professionals.

5. To meet the set target of assigned region.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree or above, majoring in medical, bio-medical or related disciplines;

2. Minimum 3 years sales experience in operating room related equipment, sales experience in Medical Device field is a must.

3. Be able to travel frequently;

4. Excellent communication skills;

5. Positive and result-oriented mindset

Job Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for the sales management in South China (Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Fujian, Hainan)

2. Responsible for team building and management

3. Responsible for the channel development and management of agents and distributors

4. Responsible for the achievement of regional performance indicators

5. Responsible for the effective development of marketing activities

1. More than three years of medical equipment sales and management experience

2. Familiar with local market conditions and have certain resources

3. Ability to carry out channel construction and management

4. Ability to carry out effective market activities

5. Have a big picture and adapt to frequent business trips

6. Age range 25-35 years old

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for sales and marketing in overseas markets

2. Active development and follow-up of new customers

3. Customer visits in the local market;

4. Planning and implementation of international conferences.
